Seriously, seriously understaffed. RIDICULOUS wait times at the drive through. Inside staff associates and loan officers are very knowledgeable and professional HOWEVER they’re so few and backed up that even getting a timely return phone call is difficult. The warm and fuzzy merger to “Truist” is a confusing mess resulting in unexpected changes in the online banking site that are just a pain. It took almost an hour to deposit a check so I could go get my glasses and we couldn’t even get my glasses it took so long at suntrust
I have banked with Suntrust in Georgia for over 10 years and been pretty satisfied. However, since moving to Charlottesville, what a mess! I was denied withdrawing $50 measly dollars at the drivethru because they said I was over my "daily allottment", despite having over $100k in their bank! It's my money and I want it when I ask for it. I told them I had the limit raised previously in GA and she said no, they didn't allow that. BS. I use this location for work and the current group of tellers plus one who transferred to another branch are by far the best SunTrust employees I have ever dealt with at this branch!! I used to have a SunTrust account years ago but I used the branch that was inside Kroger 98% of the time. There was a phenomenal crew there that can’t be beat but the current group of tellers at this branch are a close second.
