There was only one teller working. He was working the drive thru and inside patrons. Took awhile to get my transaction completed. In the mean time 5 other patrons came in behind me.
Drove all the way to the Jefferson Street one and they don’t have an ATM then I drive over to the Emma Street one and their ATM doesn’t accept cash deposit. This is the worst town to have a Truist account. Both banks are in the busiest parts of town and neither one of them is worth anything. How do you go to two different banks and can’t deposit money with the largest bank in the country bank in Charlottesville they’re losing my business now.
Pretty building
No one at either locations will answer the phone , how can you trust a bank that don't have enough respect for anyone to answer a ringing phone 🤔
