We have been customers for 40 years. We keep a large balance. I needed to stop payment on a check I sent out for Christmas. The manager used very poor customer service and we will be moving our funds to another bank as a result of a f35 stop payment chsrge.
Always here when I need them and they are right across from my school.
This is branch I opened my first account in Charlottesville when I first moved to this area in late 2004. They have served me well. I get all the help and advice I need to protect my best interests. The current branch manager is a fine gentleman and a good Christian man. I cant say enough good about him and his staff. Its always a pleasure to do business with them. Ugly scammers, charge you $7 to cash a check that comes from their own bank. Your greed is sickening. You are the disease and there is no room for you our your soul-forsaken employees in the redeemed world that is coming.
