Employees here are so rude. Came here to get a document notarized and was told that they will not do it unless i have an account with them. SMH
Worst customer service ever. They computers were down for a whole hour. How are you a trillion dollar bank and don't have functional computers. Pathetic honestly. Truist could do way better. This franchise needs to get shut down.

I had to reorder a debit card because mine was compromised. I had been trying to get one from the Truist on US 1 and PSL Blvd. For 2 months! They are slow at that bank, rude and I just truly don’t think they know what they are doing. After 2 months I decided to try the bank in Tradition. OMG what a difference.
