I had to reorder a debit card because mine was compromised. I had been trying to get one from the Truist on US 1 and PSL Blvd. For 2 months! They are slow at that bank, rude and I just truly don’t think they know what they are doing. After 2 months I decided to try the bank in Tradition. OMG what a difference. Hate absolutely hate going in this bank ! It’s always a long wait, only one person ever at the counter. It’s terrible! If you have things to do do not come to this bank
If I could put zero I would truist bank is a joke nobody knows whats going on they all tell u different thing even management is horrible yall need to do better not specifically this location but the bank it's self sucks
