I like banking with suntrust but the employees never get my check right. I pay rent and they deposit my rent check bank into my account..... Like wth now i have to wait to call to fix all the confusion. I been paying rent every month for a year shouldn't my bank know me already to know what to do already without messing up over and over
The bank is just sorry and those clerks are terrible, no humanism about them are caring. I wonder how they would feel it they were treated like that when they were trying to do business.
