Enjoy every time I go to the Truist Bank in Olive Branch, the customer services is excellent and very informative.
Very lazy people working in this bank. Yes, Ms. Diana and Mr. Daniel. I asked Ms. Diana to help me verify the check and she transferred me to voicemail. She said if nobody there then just call her back. I called back and Mr. Daniel said he has to transfer me to customer care line. But it’s just an automated machine. 2 out of 2 employees from this branch were just being lazy, kept transferring me out so they don’t have to do the work. Suntrust is a terrible Bank! Would not suggest Suntrust to anyone. Between customer service, card restrictions, and everything else they are just awful. So glad I’m moving to a new bank. Will never go back!!!
