Worst bank and branch ever
I will not be returning to this banking location. The banker, Linda, seemed extremely annoyed at my request and would not let me or did not want to go through the process of what I needed. I was treated differently than the older man before me despite being a loyal Truist customer for a couple of years. She also made me feel bad for an error on her end. If this is how the branch treats young people, stay far away from this location.
-New Client -Poor customer service - It seems as if they're bothered (every time) -Under trained staffed (Finance Manager wasn't able to set a debit card pin without corporate assistance - still without resolution).. -They couldn't verify my account without knowing what questions were asked when I activated my card... (Odd!) -This transition has been difficult and not a good experience - should have taken the consensus of google reviews prior to signing up.. unfortunate.
