This merger was the worst idea SunTrust ever had I hate truist worst bank ever. going to suncoast asap
This bank branch is an absolute joke. Half the time the ATM isn’t working, they close early, and it seems like the staff have no idea how to run the place. It’s been two months of the outside ATM to not work properly with me telling them about three or four times that it’s not. Like I said this place is a joke with careless staff.
