If you have any choice in picking your bank I wouldn’t choose this one if this is the one last on your list then I will pick this one absolutely last. This is the worst bank in life maybe not this specific location but SunTrust or Truist in general. Apparently the staff doesn’t know that it is now Truist because they sent me a Suntrust debit card that I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes to find out that I could not activate it because it was a Suntrust card even though the are Truist. Just pick another bank!!!!! No one know... read more
When you try to call this location you are hung up on immediately. Can't believe the incredible lack of customer service from truest because this is happening at every Branch I call. Would not do business with you if I didn't absolutely have to...

It takes at least 30-40 minutes in line, almost every time. I am thinking about changing bank.
