Service is excellent. I really enjoy that staff, particularly Beth Thomas is always on top of account information, and knows who I am to say hello when I walk in. At age 50, and having lived in several different states, I have never been more pleased with banking services. Have also found that fees have been less than at other banks.
Beth, the manager, is outstanding-friendly, reliable, remembers my name, and is always on top of things when I have a question. I have always received appropriate help when I have had questions, and stopping in to bank feels like visiting with a neighbor.
