I want to give a big shout-out to the new branch manager, Chad Fritz. I went to this branch to get a insurance check endorsed around lunch time. Chad helped me went through the whole process and addressed my question professionally and patiently. I really appreciate his excellent and professional service!
Suntrust has been our bank since 1993. This branch and other Suntrust locations the past 13 years. Accurate, attentive and awfully adaptable. My wife sends me in to cash our 2 week budget check and the tellers so kindly count out our request for various quantities of various denominations. We're old and we're frugal. Wife and I go cash as much as we can. Haven't argued over budget in our 33 years. Suntrust tellers keep us running on full. Thanks and thanks again. It's an OK bank. Currently under major construction
Did you know that if you make a payment on a Suntrust Mastercard, from a Suntrust checking account, that your payment can take up to ten days to post to the card balance. It usually takes at least a week. Did you know that when you pay a Bank of America credit card with a check from another bank or credit union that it posts that same day. Think about it.
