For Gods sake, can this place hire another teller or five. No sense in getting all those sun trust customers and still seeing the same faces I saw when it was just BB&T. Get these people some help. Getting in line to do a deposit only takes 10-20 minutes. Much less the drive through. It’s horrible and makes me want to change banks.
Service and availability gone completely downhill since Truist took over! Looking elseware to do my banking now.
Been with Suntrust over 13 years and I will say this, because I'm generally a positive guy, I have had a great experience with Suntrust for the years that I never had to walk inside. The moment I had to deal with them personally, it went down hill, fast. Employees are not trained well enough and will give you completely wrong/inaccurate info. Communication is horrible, no call back for days and when you do hear from them, they will not honor what they say and apologise and tell you that, "you have a valid frustration." Its a... read more
