My experience today at our branh in Hallandale Beach, Florida. I called the number to check the hours of operation. The voice mail tree stated open 0900-5 pm but closed today at 2:00 pm for the holiday. I arrive at 09:20. One customer anngry at the door because it is closed and left angry. I then called the branch number again no one answered when it is supposed to conect to supervisor, i then left a message as to why no one is here. I then left to take care of other things. Horrible costumer service, you can tell they don’t want to work at all, they refuse to do one simple transaction and give a funny excuse I’ve never heard before. Drucell Golden shouldn’t be working there she doesn’t care about the bank. I walk out really mad because I do banking all the time and it’s the first time I hear they can’t help me. If you don’t want to nicely take care of your customers need close the bank and do something else.
