Terrible customer service. I went to cash a check and they told me that I needed to pull into the parking lot until my check was verified. I told them o have to go to work and couldn’t wait that long and I would like my check back and they told me they couldn’t because it was being processed. After waiting they called me and said they couldn’t process it anyway. A check that came from there bank they could t verify. I will never go to this suntrust again.
Trash bank zero customer service. Move your money they are unreliable and liars.
