Today on 12/15/2025 I called Truist Bank 1-800 number to let them know I have parted ways with Direct auto insurance and I canceled the card that was connected to the autopay not my routing number and account number I explain to Ann that we parted ways on October the 31st 2025 but Truist bank keeps releasing the funds I didn't understand why Direct Auto was still being paid Ann the representative told me unless I give her $35 we will continue to release those funds even though the card was canceled I said they do not have my... read more
A check was deposited into my account on August 7th but was returned on August 8th. My account is still on hold for an investigation. I'm confused as to why my account is still being investigated if the check was returned. It's been a week, and the customer service representatives keep repeating the same story.
