Do not open an account at this bank. Bad customer service. Rude. Service
Truist fraud Department is a joke. And should be look into. You send them everything to review a dispute case. All the paperwork with police report. They will denied before they even look into it. Also a bunch of people from countries is over that department. They are running the biggest scam. A lawsuit is in the making. They don't want to give you any money back. Terrible system by far. The worst bank i have dealt with
SIGN UP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! They, froze and closed my account accusing me of fraud. And told me there is no way to get my money back until they complete investigation. I will be filing a law suit for deformation of character. Now this will be a consequence for when I attempt to open other accounts. They gave me absolutely no reason why they froze and closed my account. I switched all my business banks over to them and transferred my funds over. now I have no access to my money to pay my bills. I do not recommend!!!
