Truist is one of the worst companies to get help with. Like so many large banks, when you call you get this long conversation with a computer and redirected to many different departments and then you wait and wait and wait for a human to get on the line. The corporate office does not have a phone number you can call because they don't care. They should be ashamed!!!!

This is the worst bank in the world. I had a SunTrust account throughout college, and then SunTrust was absorbed in a horrible merger in 2021. I was immediately charged monthly for my accounts and given Zelle without my consent. I had enough and closed my account in November of 2021. Because of this bank's horrible policy and Zelle as well, I am permanently locked out of Zelle forever, because my number was tied to the account. Take your money out of Truist and let's hope it rots in the decades.

I have used several financial institutions/banks in my life, usually from financing vehicles or a different luxury item and without blinking I can honestly report that Truist Bank is by far the worst I have come across. My wife and I have been treated better by our enemies. So long Truist. There is zero love lost.

One star. This bank cut off my check card before the new card arrived and was activated, on a Saturday, when I have an 8:30 appointment for surgery on Monday. Without notice. And they have no ability to rectify the situation. It will be a cold day in hell before I forget this.
