I went to cash my check here. After standing in line for 30 minutes, they tell me they cannot cash my check. I’m okay with this I can just go to amscot and cash it if I really needed to. So I went to Amscot and because suntrust put a stamp on the back of my check when they tried to cash it I couldn’t cash it anywhere else. Don’t go here ever. They are the worst bank I have possibly ever had to deal with.

I always used to bank there. My experience with the new manager has made me want to not not bank at Suntrust... He is very rude with no customer experience skills at all!! It’s either drive into town to avoid this bank or open account at well Fargo down the road. Really contemplating the second choice. Don’t want to wait in line to get treated rudely!
Went into the branch to close one account and withdraw the majority of the money out of my checking account. After receiving all of the money I then asked for a receipt as I had withdrawn a substantial amount of money and I had close an account. I was told by the manager Isaiah Knox that the cash alone was going to be my receipt that they did not provide receipts for withdrawals or closing accounts. Horrible experience. .The staff are uneducated and always trying to have sex with the customers. . I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
