They are now closed permanently. I’m glad because they had really long lines and the service was horrible.
PLEASE NOTE: branch location inside Publix location in Martinez is closed due to COVID. Google still lists as open til 7p.
Beyond exceptional customer service! I love Maria, Gary, Thomas, and Heather!! Maria knows me by name and will even talk to me if she sees me out in public. Love the extended hours this branch has. One star knocked off for slow service (at times) with less tellers than other bank locations.
Very friendly and very helpful. They can do almost anything the main branch can do. For those complaining about speed, think about the customers they are dealing with. It is their job to explain anything a customer asks and occasionally this takes time, especially if you go at peak hours.
