The lady working three open lines by herself gets 5, but the fact that they had her in there by herself, and I waited 22 minutes and there was no one ahead of me in my line could be a lot better. You go to the drive-through because you’re trying to hurry. This doesn’t help.
Won't exchange penny rolls for dollars if you don't have an account with them. I'll make sure I never make an account athat bank.
Employee Emily was very rude - complaining loudly where the entire lobby could hear, poor attitude, argumentative & generally snotty tone. A very poor example of customer service.
