I have a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan with 134,000 miles. I brought it in for a oil change and a new fuel injector wiring harness. They told me they needed $419 deposit upfront for a two hour diagnostic of cars that are past 100k miles or older than 10 yrs, some new policy they have that appears to punish anyone with an older vehicle. In addition, I wanted to drop my car off however their shuttle service has a 7 mile radius only. In addition, the diagnostic cost does not roll into the repair costs. They are basically fleecing you for the cost of a diagnostic. In addition it could be weeks before your car is fixed.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Always honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Tim in service is always my go to guy and I appreciate the communication and updates about my car whenever it’s in for service! I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else.
I had a great experience with the parts department thanks to Nick!! He was knowledgeable, professional and genuine; he also made clear and honest recommendations based on what was going on with my Jetta. It’s really hard to find that in customer service these days so I can honestly say that I will return to this dealership because of him.
