We bought our 2025 kia sorento from suntrup kia south. The car is fine and the purchasing experience was ok, but the service dept is Absolutely the worst service dept out there. Every time i have brought my vehicle in for an oil change it take hours to do even if you have an appointment. Took them a few hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation with an appointment, I watched them put the car on the rack and then stand there and talk for almost an hour before they did anything with the vehicle. This my second review. i was never happy with how my deal went down i was rushed through the process my car was dropped off at night with no demo, now to find out I got the full service life time mant plan but somehow doesn't cover road hazard or windshield only found this out after the fact completely unsatisfied, i will never refer this dealer nor will i ever purchase a vehicle from them. just blow me off is all they do,
