The check engine light came on my wife's Santa Cruz when we were in St Louis, we stopped by Suntrup Hyundai to see if they had time to check it out. As we didn't have an appointment I thought that we would be turned away and would be required to make one. I recently traded 2 vehicles toward a replacement vehicle for myself and these folks were great to work with! I'm sure if someone comes in to try and buy a car with a combative attitude they can expect a more challenging experience. But the folks here (shout-out to Cliff and Kelly) are realistic and as helpful as can be.
