****DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE **** My daughter had a fender bender. So with approval from her insurance agent she took the car to this location. It was on damage to the rear bumper. NO FRONT DAMAGE. They had the car for an entire month. She get the call that her car is ready. We drop off the rental go get her car and notice these people have swapped out her front tires for worn warped tires. This is for the body shop! I'll start off by saying Tammy Korman is the absolute worst person I have ever had to deal with. (She's the body shop manager) Tina is a sweetheart though. I dropped my car off Feb. 13 with Rick at this shop for repairs to my bumper and quarter panel (rear right side) after getting into a hit and run. A month later, I went to pick my car up and noticed two HUGE bulges in both my front tires. My car had no bulges or no issues with my tires when I dropped it off. Used their body shop for repairs following a fender bender. Outstanding service. They made the entire process so easy. Another party was at fault, and Suntrup handled all of the coordination with the insurance company and for the rental call. And of course, the repairs were done well. Can't tell anything ever happened. I'd highly recommend them.
First time using Suntrup and I was very impressed with the efficiency of the work and professional very courteous employees. Thank you for a job well done.
