My workshop tools chew through kilowatts, and another rate hike pushed me to act. I hired Suntrek Solar for a solar power installation in Antioch. The proposal included panel specs, inverter efficiency, and a payback table that actually penciled out. City permitting delayed things by two days, but the project manager called daily with status updates, which kept frustration low. Summer bills soared once our gas pool heater kicked on, so I called Suntrek Solar for swimming pool solar heating at my place in Antioch. The consultant measured roof pitch with a digital level, showed me an output chart, and promised I’d hit eighty-six degrees without gas. I called SunTrek to come patch my solar panels. They came immediately and charged $210 to look at the panels. No work at this point was done. I then called SunTrek back 10 TIMES over 4 weeks (no exaggeration) to schedule for the actual repair and they never answered or called me back. This is the first time I’ve ever posted a review. It’s beyond my understanding how a business can take someone’s money and never do the actual repair. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My pool used to be too cold to enjoy except in peak summer, but after installing pool solar, I can finally swim whenever I want. The team was professional, and they even followed up to make sure everything was working.

Switching to solar installation in home felt like a big step for meand my husband but suntrek made it so easy. Our electric bill has already gone down, and I love knowing my house runs on clean energy. The installation was done faster than we expected.
