Kaye, General Manager and Theresa at Suntree Homeowners Association are fantastic! They are extremely professional.
Great customer service and a great business atmosphere.
Horrible people I can go on and on about how crummy and corrupt this HOA is especially Kay the person in charge. The people who live here are awesome great neighbors but the HOA board and everybody in the office needs to be replaced They wanted to put bulletproof glass in the office if that says anything. And I have talked with a lot of other residents and there is a lot of problem with the boards spending HOA money like spending of 20 k a year for the 6 board members to go on a retreat and I have heard they spend 35 k a yea... read more

Customer service is horrible at this place. Imagine you have a hardship and family dies and the woman at the mortuary speaks to you (with attitude) like that— same thing at Suntree HOA. COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Manager obviously not going to call back at least not in a timely manner if at all. Please someone retrain their deplorable customer service staff. They’re bugging me for a tiny bit of mold on roof when others down the way have patches of leaking roof and black mold. Not to mention they don’t even care ab... read more
