We love stopping in at Suntrail! Most recently we were looking for new hiking boots for my wife. Andrea was incredibly helpful and patient! Her only goal was to make sure Jacqueline got the perfect fitting boots and she did. After trying the boots on a fairly short hike that same day, we noticed some stitching coming out. We weren't concerned as clearly this had to be a manufacture's flaw. Carly was also amazing in getting a replacement pair in time for our next trek and they were flawless! Wonderful service all around!

Friendly, welcoming, and super helpful staff. Jill was wonderful in guiding me through my purchases. The store is a treasure trove of high quality outdoor products at reasonable prices. And you get a 10% discount if you're a member of the Bruce Trail Conservancy.
