I agree with Greg's review. The new management is forcing rules on the owners that they do not agree with. They are suppose to be owners, go to the meetings, vote on issues and still get ignored. The new smoking areas are located by a children's play area and by the laundry room where the dryer vents blow hot air and lint on you the entire time. Well......first all the place is not as clean as it could be..... the rooms are deplorable. Plus the grounds are in bad shape. The New Board of Directors are doing a lousy job at running the place. Plus the board is very shady ( in my opinion ) about why the rules keep changing. I think the 5 board members want it 100 % the way they think it should be ( not the way the owners vote it should be.) The place is on a de - Cline!!
