poor customer service and surprises The facilities were average but comfortable. We arrived around 5:30pm on a week night to find the office closed and no one around. We called the number on the door and were told the key was in the room, move in and check in in the morning. The next morning the surprises began. We had asked "Stormy" when we made our reservation about which credit cards were accepted, he neglected to mention there would be a 3% charge for using it.
