My mother was admitted to Sunterra Springs after twisting her knee and ankle, her condition before was weak but she could take care of herself. When she left this facility she could no longer walk on her own, she was incontinent, she had suffered a contusion to her leg that they didn't treat, she had a bedsore on her butt the whole time she was there, do to the staff letting her sit in dirty adult diaper.
