I had six fillings done over two appointments in the same week, and had a really positive experience. The doctor made the whole process smooth and comfortable, the assistant was wonderful, and the front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Later, I needed a small adjustment on the fillings; I called, and they were able to get me in the same day. The team’s attention to detail and genuine care truly stood out. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
If I could give this place no stars, I would. Firstly Allison Falconer is the rudest person I have ever met. I had a couple of fillings to finish up on my last appointment there. Everything was going good, until I started feeling the drilling because Dr. Falconer had gone too deep with the drill. (I know this because I went to my hometown dentist and was told I had trauma to my root directly under my deep filling).
