I am actually quite sad to be reporting a poor review of my experience with Sunterra Colina Homes. We are an active-duty military family who were relocated here from California with the expectation of a beautiful home to be built by a certain date. Unfortunately, Colina could not keep up their end of the agreement and pushed the closing date to an unknown future date. Yes, unknown.
