Warning do not buy shea homes, the quality is terrible and the warranty company won't fix anything. Worst home buying experience and living experience for a so called "high end builder". Very disappointed in Shea. Over 50 warranty visits in over a year and still has not fixed the issues, they will gaslight you and basically call you an idiot for questioning the "experts" even with a inspection proving what your saying. Can't wait to move out.
These 5 stars are for Karl Smith with Shea Homes. He took over as the construction manager for our home and got the job done. He fixed mistakes from the prior construction manager and had his crew come back and complete our punch list after closing. No new house is going to be built perfectly. You need someone who acknowledges that fact and someone who will do something about it. Thank you Karl.
