1 star because I can’t give it 0. Horrible experience. House is built terribly. For a “high end builder.” Warranty company tries to tell you it’s fine and supposed to be that way. Hired 3rd party inspectors on our own who absolutely could not believe the poor quality of a new build. Save your money. Don’t build/buy shea
Warning do not buy shea homes, the quality is terrible and the warranty company won't fix anything. Worst home buying experience and living experience for a so called "high end builder". Very disappointed in Shea. Over 50 warranty visits in over a year and still has not fixed the issues, they will gaslight you and basically call you an idiot for questioning the "experts" even with a inspection proving what your saying. Can't wait to move out.

She clearly told me to get out of model home because I stated what I disliked about it terrible service. She needs to be replaced she cost you guys 2 new home buyers in Sunterra katy, Tx
