I had been having my taxes done with Sunter for 8 years and we always got a refund. Let me share my experience last year. I got my usual call from his office that our return was done. I went there to pay and pick up my return only to find out that we owed about $4000! Mind you, NO call from Mark about this. I asked if he was available, he came out front and said, "Yeah, I thought you'd be surprised". I was shocked as I was not aware that anything had changed with our finances.
