Sadly, my experience with this company was not the best. I strongly recommend you that if you place an order ask for all the details regarding shipping in the event you need to return the product. I asked about return of the product and the sales person said "be sure to keep the box". He NEVER clarified that I had to pay for the shipping. The shipping was almost $140 dollars. I am a teacher, I would never order the cover if I knew I had to pay the shipping in the event I had to return it. I am still disappointed. I tried to ... read more
Purchased a gunnite pool cover 17 years ago an ordered a new loop-loc cover secondary to wear & tear with a phone call. They used the number written on the back side of the old cover & their price was cheaper than the original and a perfect fit.Highly recommended!
