Nous avons signé un contrat en septembre 2021 avec Suntek Awnings/Zack Colavecchio pour l’installation d’un auvent résidentiel. Nous avons fait un dépôt de près de 3000$. L’auvent devait être installé avant l’hiver 2021. Aucune installation n’a eu lieu et pas moyen de communiquer avec M Colavecchio. Il m’a écrit que l’installation de l’auvent aurait lieu le 2 mai 2022. Aucune installation ni retour d’appel. Je lui écrit et je laisse des messages. Aucun retour d’appel. Ce n’est absolument pas un service professionnel !
My family ordered an awning, paid a large deposit. 5 months later, no awning, no news. Summer is over! Zack, the folks at your company have so far provided us with a terrible experience. Call your customers back, please!
