Good people to deal with!
Not very customer service friendly. I fill out the form on the online website, I sent an email to the email address that was on the brochure and it came back returned. It seems like it is very hard to get a hold of this company, and their brochures are all over Lowes.
I saved warranty paperwork and it clearly does not have an experation date. Regardless of time frame can't get anyone to call me back.
I bought a door from Lowe's with a suntech name. I called for directions and they even helped talk me through a couple things. Great place!
