A nice company for freshers with a good work environment and professionalism. The team members are generally helpful, and the onboarding process makes it easier for new employees to adapt to the workplace. However the compensation is somewhat below market standards, which may be a concern for some employees. Additionally gorwth opportunities are also limited insisting an employee for a switch in search of growth and a higher salary
