The price is possibly one of the best in the south of Florida but the customer service after the installation leaves a lot to be desired, my installation was done in January 2024, today 03/26/2024 my service is still not working because the Co. He has not been able to contact Lee County for the inspection. We get tired of calling and leaving messages and everyone tells us a different story as if we were elementary school children. Avoid this company! Extremely unprofessional. The pieces of the screen enclosure don’t even line up correctly, door latches are defective yet they refuse to make it right. Left behind tons of trash, pieces of aluminum and scraps in mine and neighbors yards. Asked them to come back to make this job right and they stopped returning calls. Wanted them to do the soffits and gutters as well but they went ghost. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend them. Dave and his installation crew were a pleasure to have on-site for our pool cage replacement installation. The structure is designed to hold up for hurricanes and the Superscreen 20x20 not only gives a spectacular view of our waterway but deters the no-seeum flies The work was high quality and beautiful. Since this was a white cage, I was impressed with the use of Nylo screws to avoid future rust stains from salt water and chlornine on the white aluminum.
