Horrible customer service. Beds are always taken up and there’s long wait times. I was told I needed to purchase a bottle of lotion to be able to tan which I paid over 60 dollars for. It made me break out super bad and the salon won’t do anything to help me out. I canceled my membership and they said it would take 60 days so 2 more payments are coming out!
