Applied for a mortgage loan and after more than 20 days of not hearing back i had to call to find out what happened, to my surprise they just forgot, decided to go try with someone else who took 2 days to get everything set up. What happened to three days to deliver a loan estimate after a full application? Isnt that part of mortgage regulations?
