Not sure what’s the purpose of appointments when you have to wait for hours to be seen. Why don’t they just call and let patients know they are running behind and not have patients wait in the clinic for hours! It’s not even busy and yet it takes them forever to see patients who booked an appointment! I have waited almost 2 hours for my turn when people came after me already left and done with meeting the doctor.

Great doctors..Chemerika is awesome..takes the time to listen..helpful..staff is good..
Reception never answers the phone or returns any calls. Incredibly difficult to make a appointment here.
My husband and I had booked appointment last April 26th in the morning, when we arrived in the clinic, it was closed, they wasted our filled time off to work that day. Why they put us in an appointment when they know that they are closed that day? 😡
