I am very disappointed with the service at this clinic. The staff are consistently rude and not helpful at all. Every time I contact them, it feels like they are not interested in assisting patients. Booking an appointment is extremely difficult. Our family doctor is only available two days a week, and that too for a very limited time (8:00 AM to 11:00 AM). We live right here in Sunstone and thought to visit the clinic to see if they take any new patients. The receptionist girl who had the cheap makeup on was extremely rude and said NO before I could finish asking…she seemed annoyed and didn’t look up after her mad NO. I hope her and her loved ones never gets sick and in need of any help. Healthcare settings should be welcoming and compassionate, but this experience was the opposite. Patients deserve to be treated with basic respect and empathy.
