I called this clinic on Feb 10th at 8.40 am.The person who answered gave curt, one-word replies, making me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply asking for help. In healthcare, respect and empathy are basic requirements. If someone cannot speak to patients properly, they should not be in this profession. This interaction alone was enough to turn me away. I wish I could give you zero star. Kindly fire the receptionist.
I called this clinic on 20th jan ,around 2 pm for appointment information and was met with extreme rudeness. Extremely disappointing experience. I took the time to write a detailed email explaining my concerns, but the clinic didn’t care to address anything properly — they just sent a one-line reply. The staff are unresponsive, unwilling to help, and it’s very difficult to reach anyone by phone. The doctor I saw was dismissive and unprofessional, and my concerns were not taken seriously.
