I am very disappointed with the service; from the very first phone call, rudeness and a lack of courtesy seem to be the norm. Basic courtesies, such as saying goodbye, are not the norm. Dr. CAMACHO was rude, and at times she seemed hostile to me, stating her point of view without the slightest consideration for the patient’s concerns (and you’re only allowed to ask two questions).
Dr. Herar is incredibly bad at time management. Whatever time your scheduled appointment is, expect to wait over an hour past. Sometimes, it even gets to the point where he won't call you and then the clinic closes. If you can, avoid this clinic, haven't had one positive experience.
Not sure what’s the purpose of appointments when you have to wait for hours to be seen. Why don’t they just call and let patients know they are running behind and not have patients wait in the clinic for hours! It’s not even busy and yet it takes them forever to see patients who booked an appointment! I have waited almost 2 hours for my turn when people came after me already left and done with meeting the doctor.
