If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. The customer service was awful. The CC&R's for our community are abysmal. Sunstone left the development underfunded, so that within 6 months the HOA was broke. It was next to impossible to get them to come in an fix mistakes in any individual home, but even worse to get them to come out and fix curbs, view fencing that rusted within 6 months, rotting landscaping, and defective sprinklers. I would not recommend purchasing a Sunstone Home to anyone.
