I had the pleasure of speaking with Adam who answered my call following an issue I was having with my Orion Mpulse Welder. He was professional and knowledgeable and was speedy in his response to my somewhat distress call. He understood the urgency of my call being at day 1 of a 3 day event. I’ve been using sunstone welders for over a year now for my permanent jewelry company. The products are amazing, customer service is always great to talk to and sales department is very knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend this company if you are wanting to get into permanent jewelry.
