Would rate 0 star if I could. Ordered a pj welder back in June. Emailed them numerous times about the collet being too small or the electrode needles too thick because it would not fit. The crickets answered a lot sooner. No reply for WEEKS! So I forwarded them the same email & someone finally replied after weeks again. Which didn't solve my issue. Shop elsewhere for your welders, rather it be quality or service... if you're looking for customer services if things go wrong - this ain't it!
I ordered the Zapp Plus welder from Sunstone. Transaction was so easy. I then ordered my Argon gas from them and it shipped out the next day! I had the worst experience with UPS shipping it and finally, after getting nowhere with UPS, I sent sunstone an email. I didn't receive an automated answer or even a return email. I had the pleasure of speaking with Adam who answered my call following an issue I was having with my Orion Mpulse Welder. He was professional and knowledgeable and was speedy in his response to my somewhat distress call. He understood the urgency of my call being at day 1 of a 3 day event. He offered me 2 solutions having troubleshooted the issue I was having. Before going ahead with either of those solutions we attempted a fix that perhaps I could action in person on my monitor.
