Went in last week with a load of scrap and got banned for saying they were real busy (only me and one other person there) inquiring about $100 worth of missing scrap on my payout. Finally got the money and got abused on the way out. They never show the weight as it is being weighed out and use 2 sets of scales? Scrap yard in Gatton is far superior and pays more.

Friendly staff and service over the last 15 years. Handy location and a variety of available interesting items to sneak home when the wifes not looking. 😉

Luckily they are the only scrapper around laidley otherwise they would no longer be open. The blokes around the yard are great, but the woman that works behind the desk and I assume is the owner has the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered! Highly rude and speaks down to you if you happen to be part of the younger generation like me. Not the only time it's happened either.

The rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Peta even had to be sent back to her box when she came out to have another go at me when I went there to make a complaint about her taking my phone number out of the business phone just to call me back on her mobile to keep having a go at me. I was then told she is allowed to do that which is NOT what I call good customer service at all. Won't be going back there ever!!!!
