The rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Peta even had to be sent back to her box when she came out to have another go at me when I went there to make a complaint about her taking my phone number out of the business phone just to call me back on her mobile to keep having a go at me. I was then told she is allowed to do that which is NOT what I call good customer service at all. Won't be going back there ever!!!!

Luckily they are the only scrapper around laidley otherwise they would no longer be open. The blokes around the yard are great, but the woman that works behind the desk and I assume is the owner has the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered! Highly rude and speaks down to you if you happen to be part of the younger generation like me. Not the only time it's happened either.

You took the words straight out of my mouth Jordan, very arrogant woman who runs the business and would be out of business if they were the only one in town, BUT i go all the way to Toowoomba and its worth it, have more money in my pocket at the end and better service too in Toowoomba!!!!
