Scott and his crew Clemente and his brother went above and beyond to install my patio cover. I’m very very pleased on what they’ve done. I would recommend this company Sunstate Home Improvement.
I run an HOA and needed to replace the patio and pool equipment covers. Scott came out for an estimate within a day, and I was very pleased, so hired them immediately. We were having a bad spate of weather, but they managed to get them done quickly and they’re wonderful!!! I’ll be recommending them to all the homeowners here for future work. A+++ in my book!!

Sunstate is not standing behind their workmanship as they stated. Starting from the beginning they did not do the quality jobs. They shorted the electrical wires while they were drilling the stucco wall to install the patio cover ledgers. Because they did not want to spend time using wire sensors inside the walls before drilling. This is a permanent damage and the only way to go around to this was to install external electrical conduit to tap the different power line.
