Dr Ben Lerna I saw today he is a very nice and explain everything very well
When attending this practice I was the only one in the lobby waiting for my appointment. The check in screen said I was 2nd in queue. For 40 minutes I sat patiently watching every person get taken in instantly or minutes after their arrival. When asking reception they offered no support. In my appointment with Dr Haller I felt belittled. The dr had discussed an IUD procedure even though she had my ultrasound results for an ovarian cyst which was vital to know as it is not my first one. We followed our family GP to Sunstate a number of years ago. On the occasions we have had to see another Dr (if an urgent appointment was needed and our family GP wasn't available) I have been very happy with the advice and support provided. I love the new premises as well!
