Visited Sunstate at the Raleigh NC location and was promptly greeted by WellsC at the counter. Very polite and informative throughout the entire process. Even remembered my wife’s name who he greeted the following Monday to take payment as I had the wrong card. I have rented 100s of lifts in the past and by far this has been the best. This place is AMAZING! Ron at the front office and the team in equipment pickup area were a big help to me last week. My 12 year old Golden/Chow passed away and we wanted to bury him on our property. Sunstate provided a mini-excavator, trailer and tutorial to get the job done. Thank again guys!

DO NOT USE THEM, especially if you are a corporate office. They did not pick up the equipment when requested and continue to charge when they know that the equipment hasn't moved in 8 MONTHS!! No calls to our office or supervisors even when there is suppose to be times when the equipment is suppose to be routinely maintained.
