I started coming to this practice after I came to a open house. Saw Dr. Pagan twice, loved her. Then got a call she was gone. Have to revise my review. The front office is terrible. They have no customer service training. There was only one person at the front desk, she was checking out people but not handling the front of the office. Guess she can only do one thing at a time.
