If I could give mark a zero star I would. He was suppose to be our friend. He took all but 7000 of a 46,000 dollar job for our small business and never completed it. He eventually ghosted us letting our permits expire. Now we have to pay to have some of his work redone cause it's wrong. 46,000 job turned into a 70,000 dollar job. He's a liar, a theif, an awful friend, back stabber and just a horrible human. I wish there was a way to give a negative star review because I would. One star is giving Mark too much credit. Do not hire him unless you want to hear every excuse as to why they cannot do the job on the day they say. Do not hire him unless you want to either complete the work he failed to do correctly yourself or pay someone else. We hired him after Hurricane Ian flooded our house. Mark Morrissette stole not only money but valuable time from us. Mark committed to procurement of drawings and general contractor services for our home renovation. After receiving a deposit he ghosted us. We are now moving forward with every legal action available to us. Beware!

DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON/COMPANY !!! I hired him to build a garage back in January. It was suppose to be finished by June. It is now then end of October and i'm still waiting. All we need is doors but he keeps dragging his feet. 4-5 weeks is now 9 weeks and he won't tell me where or who he ordered them through so that I could check on them. The whole process has been a nightmare. He has done nothing when he said he would. Every delay has been because of somebody else. I wouldn't hire him to build a dog house.

Sunstate Constructors are the best. We have used them for nine years - ever project from windows to cabinets, pool screen enclosures, kitchen, garage, everything. They are reliable, honest, trustworthy. Just excellent. We love them. They turned our home into a palace. Elaine and Larry L
