They are a small local company that always offered good service (mostly next day). I’ve been using them for 3 plus years and I have new AC units that came with my newly built home. They claim that all of the problems I had with the 3 Goodman AC units were really due to the units being lemons. I tried to contact Goodman but it’s basically impossible to reach them. I continued to have SunState service and fix the units as they treated me well and were reasonably priced for their labor as the parts were under Warrenty. It seeme... read more
Best prices and service I’ve experienced. Just a tidbit of advice If you’re getting a new AC unit though, make sure you ask them to check for packaging styrofoam after installation. Other than that, these guys were awesome and my unit is running great and my energy bill is already down.
